• All our lamps come fully equipped with pre-installed electrical wiring and a UK plug, compliant with BS1363 standards, ensuring they are ready to use straight out of the box. Each lamp features a convenient toggle switch on the cable for easy on/off control. We also include energy-efficient LED E14 capsule bulb with every lamp, providing both practicality and sustainability.
  
• Accompany person is an additional fee for someone, like a friend or family member, who wants to join and work on the same artwork/project with another attendee. Because of the limited seats, and resources, we charge extra for accommodating person while they will enjoy the refreshments and atmosphere
• Glass globes are standard 5.5" (13cm) globes fitting to any type of lamp which we supply.

• The glass globe option allows you to make a glass globe only without purchasing the lamp parts like metal frame and light bulb. It is recommended for customers who already made at least one lamp before. Glass globes are standard 5.5" globes fitting to any type of lamp.

The duration varies based on the specific project, typically falling between 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

We kindly request a minimum age of 8 years old to ensure the safety of the attendant as well as a meaningful and engaging experience for all participants.

All participants must register online in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted, so please book your spot ahead of time.

No prior experience is needed! This workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to explore a new creative art form.

This workshop is ideal for kids, families, team-building events, private parties, and anyone looking for a fun and creative experience.

• Cancellations must be made at least 120 hours (5 days) prior to the event start time for a full refund.

 • Cancellations made between 168 to 120 hours (7 to 5 days) before the event may incur an administrative fee of up to 50% of the booking fee.

 • Cancellations made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event are non-refundable.

 • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to the event. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a handling fee of £20 per person, payable in cash at the workshop.

If the workshop attendance is less than four people, we may contact you to reschedule your booking 24 hours before the workshop start.

Once you've finished your project at the studio, take the glass globe home and let the glue set for at least 12 hours to ensure it’s completely dry. Afterwards, apply the grout we’ve supplied to complete your masterpiece.
